Agency by agreement for import

1. Domestic consigner and foreign customer confirm the provisions of product name, order quantity, model and specification, payment, delivery date, quality warranty and claim and Shanghai Xingpu will conclude the contract with foreign company in its own name.

2. Xingpu enters into Import Agency Agreement with consigner.

3. Xingpu conducts import related formalities and overseas payment of commodities according to foreign trade contract, and collect import agent fees from consigner.

4. Shanghai Xingpu can act as an agent to apply for import license and other permits for certain commodities.

•  With own resources, Xingpu offers import customs declaration, inspection of commodities and transportation to consigner.

Agency by agreement for export

1. Entrusted export party confirms foreign customer's demand of commodities to be exported and related provisions, and concludes Export Agent Agreement with Xingpu.

2. Xingpu provides bank account to receive remittance or foreign company and undertakes the obligation of receiving payment of goods. And Xingpu pays the consigner corresponding payments of goods on the condition that the consigner ensures delivery on time and quality of goods.

3. Xingpu handles the export formalities according to name, quantity, specifications and amount of value of goods to be exported, whether certificate of origin and inspection of commodity are needed, name of foreign customers, etc, and copies and makes the documents according to the above information.

4. Xingpu provides the following services at consigners' request: intra-city transport, export declaration, inspection of commodity and electronic transfer of Inbound Goods Notice.
